Chief Operations Officer

Vebinia Gabriel has 17 years of extensive experience within Operations management, Short Term Insurance, and in the Health Insurance environment, which has allowed her to be an excellent coordinator with an aptitude for wider thinking and long-term planning. As a seasoned Operations Manager, she understands the importance of optimizing business processes without sacrificing personal connections, while establishing organizational processes to maintain a positive and motivating corporate culture. Vebinia has a degree in Business Administration and a Honors Degree in Psychology.

Allan Gibbon
Financial Strategy

Allan is a seasoned financial strategy advisory executive with over 25 years’ experience in finance and financial technology. He brings a wealth of expertise with strengths in areas such a process automation, budgeting and cash flow modelling, and systems implementation with a key focus in bringing transparency of finances to the executives of the organization. In the past Allan has owned businesses that he has either started or bought into, grown, and sold, including being part of an MBO that later sold that business to a different JSE listed organization and which included a successful warranty period.
